What is included with the Axglo e5 Follow Trolley?
The Axglo e5 comes with many accessories other trolleys charge extra for. It comes with an umbrella holder, a cup holder, the remote control, a 36 hole battery, and a phone holder. These could add up to hundereds of extra €’s.

Where is the Axglo services, if needed?
If you bought your Axglo e5 golf trolley from Emerald Golf Distribution your trolley will be serviced in Ireland. If you are in the UK or another EU country, parts could either be shipped to you for self-repair or, if needed, you could ship your trolley to Ireland, Emerald Golf Distribution, for servicing.
What is the battery warranty?
The battery comes with a 2-year warranty and if you register your new Axglo E5 with Axglo.com they offer an additional 3 year warranty, for a total of 5 years. If your product should fail during the 3rd year of ownership Axglo will offer you a brand new replacement for 50% of the current listed purchase price of the product. Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 2-year warranty. Please note that due to the nature of batteries, the product is only covered to complete 18 holes during years 3 to 5.

Where does Emerald Golf Distribution (EGD.ie) ship to?
Emerald Golf Distribution ships to anywhere in the EU and UK. Shipping within the Republic of Ireland is free. Other locations will be determined by the destination.
