Below is some informative videos about your new Axglo e5

1) Unfolding and Folding your Axglo e5

Start by unfolding the front wheels.  Make sure the two light grey levers are unlatched. Pull handlebars up.  Then fasten the two light grey levers.

(Note: If your trolley is fully compact it is important to slightly pull the wheels out first so when you are opening trolley it opens easier.)

2) Download the Axglo App

Search and download the “Axglo” App from the App Store.

Launch the App, Power on your Trolley to connect the app, and see your settings.

(Note: We recommend to do a screen shot of the settings incase you want to go back to factory settings)

3) Pairing your Remote Control to your trolley

First, make sure you downloaded App (see #2) and then follow the instructions.

(Note: If other Axglo e5 trolleys are in the area the App will give you an option of which trolley to connect with.  Make sure you are connecting to your trolley.  You will quickly learn the number of your trolley.)

(Note: If you walk away from your trolley to remote with give slight vibrations to let you know it is away from the trolley.  This is fine)

4) Charging the battery and remote

You can charge your battery in the trolley or remove the battery and charge it. Do not leave your battery charging over an extended period of time, it is not good for the battery.

(Note: If your charger is plugged into the battery but your charger is not plugged into an outlet the charger will show green leading you to think it’s charged. Make sure to plug the charger unit into an outlet to charge your battery.  The light on the charger will be red when charging.  When green it is fully charged.)

5) Understand Icons on screen

5 modes, Manual mode, Power Assist mode, Remote Control mode, Cruise Control (marching) mode, and Follow mode (puppy dog).

(Note: Each mode is describe in other videos)

(Note: To switch between modes, it is best to hit the lock button on the remote, and then unlock it to start a different mode.)

6) Power Assist mode

Power Assist is when you control the speed with the center button on the handlebars.

(Note: Model 2025/26 have the steering buttons on the handlebars while the prior models do not.)

(Note: For Manual mode, just turn off the trolley and use as a push trolley.  This is best used in parking lots and other tight spaces.)

7) Remote Control mode

Remote Control mode is when you control the trolley with the sliding joystick in the middle of the remote.

(Note: After you hit the unlock on the remote the light on the remote will be green.  The light will turn Yellow only after you first start to use the Remote joystick.)

(Note: This mode is great for maneuvering your trolley to the next tee box.)

8) Remote Cruising mode

Remote Cruise mode is also known as Marching mode because you can always have the trolley cruising/marching in front of you while you walk, steering it left and right as needed.

(Note: Practice using this so you get the timing of tapping Up twice. Quick taps but not too quick.)

(Note: When it is in Cruise mode you can still maneuver the trolley left and right.)

9) Follow mode

Follow mode is probably why you bought the Axglo e5. We use it 95% of the time.

(Note: If you are away from your trolley, say looking for your ball, and you want it to come to you, just hit the puppy dog and it will come right to you.)

(Note: When using Follow mode make sure to keep the remote to your side, not in front of you.  if the remote is in front of you it could block the signal between the remote and the trolley.)

10) Maintenance Tips

Make sure to care for your investment. The Axglo is a very sturdy machine however it still needs to be maintained.

(Note: Check all screws for tightness and tighten as required. Do not over tighten.  Make sure to keep an eye on the screws for the upper arms that hold onto the golf bag as these can loosen over time.)
